Red Bull is one of the most enviable global brands when it comes to marketing through culture. In October 2019, the Red Bull Music Festival took over 4 spaces for unique show concepts: from a genre-melding rave featuring Toronto's top DJ communites inside an old garbage incinerator, a Jessie Reyez-written and performed special theatrical performance in one of Toronto's most iconic performance theatres, and a conversation with a hometown hero: famed music producer, Toronto's Frank Dukes.

These one-of-a-kind experiences excited music fans of all genres - from r&b to techno, and caused a stir across the entire city.

Somewherelse is often the backbone behind the scenes whenever Red Bull Canada is seeking to reaffirm themselves as a leader in music and culture,  As the trusted production partner, we handled numerous elements for the entire festival, including experiential production, talent management, stage & lighting design, event management, working closely alongside the brand and creative collaborators to make Red Bull Music Festival Toronto stand out.
