AURORA X NXNE PHASE GARDEN

The Phase Garden was a pop-up experience produced by Somewherelse and designed by multidisciplinary creative Sean Brown for Aurora Cannabis during NXNE festival. We brought Sean's vision to life by custom-fabricating two shipping containers and and an outdoor lounge for blissing out right in the heart of Yonge-Dundas Square in downtown Toronto.

Ahead of National cannabis legalization, one of the leading brands, Aurora, came to Somewherelse to build national awareness and establish themselves as a hub of culture at the forefront of their industry. Our role was to consult, design and execute unique consumer experiences at numerous festivals and events across the country.

At NXNE Music Festival in Toronto, we collaborated with Toronto artist and Creative Director Sean Brown to create an immersive and educational refresh zone, Phase Garden.

Part chill-out space and part experiential art installation, The 40x40 environment popped up in the heart of downtown's Yonge & Dundas Square and featured multiple custom shipping containers, a turpene beverage bar, and a whole lot of tropical plants.

Our event production team provided production design, execution, and event management of the space throughout the week-long festival.
